ABOUT
Jim
I’ve spent my career working at the points where organisations struggle to join the dots - between strategy and delivery, sales and operations, finance and reality. In different roles, I repeatedly found myself helping leaders understand why things weren’t working as expected, translating between functions, and using data, structure, and plain language to make problems visible and decisions clearer. I was most effective when listening carefully, taking time to think, and reflecting back implications while supporting delivery or outcomes. Today, I do that deliberately, working as an external thinking partner to help business leaders make sense of complex problems, plans, and decisions before they commit to them.
ABOUT
Dominique
My studies took me into law, gaining a LLB (Hons) and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Beginning my career in regional practice, I specialised as a personal injury solicitor, before moving to the City where I practiced at a major law firm. Highly empathetic, my joy came from helping my clients to achieve the best possible results. Since leaving the law, I have followed my passion to qualify as a counsellor, specialising in person centred practice. I now combine my deep understanding of people with my commercial skills to help our clients with their people centric goals and challenges.
